Strayer Surveying & Mapping, Inc. has been surveying the Southwest Florida area for over 20 years. Our company was originally founded in 1987, in the south Sarasota County area, as Leslie, Hicks, Strayer and Associates, Inc. Robert B. Strayer, Jr., one of the original partners in 1987, became majority shareholder & President in 1990, leading the way to what is now Strayer Surveying & Mapping, Inc.

In November, 1999, Strayer Surveying acquired the records and business of Douglas Survey & Mapping of Port Charlotte. Douglas provided surveying services in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and the surrounding communities for over a decade, acquiring extensive records for this area. In April of 2001, Strayer Surveying acquired the field equipment, personel and ongoing projects of Charlotte Engineering and Surveying, Inc., further increasing our base of operation in the Southwest Florida area.  Read More>>
